Introduction
At Butler Trading Cards Pty Limited, we strive to provide prompt, consistent and reliable shipping services to our customers at a high quality. The Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery for customers.
Shipping Process and Cycle
The shipping process is performed entirely manual by the team at Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. At the completion of each break, cards are sorted into teams, sleeved, and encased where required. These cards are arranged per customer in preparation for Shipping.
As such, electing for shipping will for allow customers to have multiple breaks included in the same shipping cycle (within the fortnightly windows) with your cards.
Currently, the team at Butler Trading Card Pty Ltd. complete shipping on a fortnightly cycle every second Friday.
Shipping Methods and Prices
Shipping is not included in the cost of your purchase. Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. offer various shipping methods to meet your needs through Australia Post Parcel Send. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of entry into a break.
Australia
Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD*^. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
Express Shipping: $13.50 AUD*^. Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days for domestic orders.
New Zealand
Standard Shipping: $18.00 AUD*^.
Express Shipping: $31.00 AUD*^.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Please note:
*Additional fees may be charged based on the weight and dimensions of the packages.
^Insurance may be purchased at customer discretion and will be charged on-top of shipping costs (if applicable).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
Delays and Issues
In instances whereby Australia Post has been selected and once the postage has been sent, Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. are not responsible in the event of packages arriving damaged or being lost in transit.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your packages, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays, customs processing, or natural disasters. Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. are not responsible for delays caused by such external factors.
If your postage is delayed or you encounter any issues with the delivery, please CONTACT US, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. are not responsible are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their shipment. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.
