A group break is an online event where viewers come together to watch a live stream of Butler Trading Cards PTY LTD opening packs of trading cards or memorabilia. During the break, the Butler Trading Cards streamer (employee) will show the cards they are opening from each pack. Cards will be shown in front of the live stream (unless stated otherwise).

Viewers can purchase spots corresponding to specific teams/players/groups from within the break prior to the live opening. Once the break is completed, we will sort the cards into teams/player/groups and store safely, ready to be shipped to the customers which have purchased the allocated spot. 

A pick your team break or “PYT” is where a customer can select and purchase a specific team or player before the live opening of the packs/boxes begins. This is an opportunity for the customer to only obtain cards that belong to a specific team/player/group.

This allows collectors who collect specific teams/players/groups to be able to expand their collection at a fraction of the cost of a full box/pack/product.

A random team break refers to a live opening where a viewer can purchase a spot in the opening. This spot will correspond to a specific eam/player/group that is generated using a system generated randomiser (this randomiser is not owned or affiliated with Butler Trading Cards PTY LTD). The randomiser is conducted prior to the opening of said boxes/packs/memorabilia unless stated otherwise.

A random team break is a great way for new collectors or sports enthusiasts to begin collecting if they do not have a specific team/player/group that they are looking for and would just appreciate to participate in the online stream and collect the cards that correspond to the assigned generated team.

In some cases a break may not fill, if this occurs we close off any remaining teams/spots for a 'Mini'.

We then add up the value of the teams/spots that remain and divide that cost across multiple spots making it a fraction of the cost.

You can then purchase spots in the Mini which gives you the chance of winning a team/spot in the main break.

Once the Mini is full, all spots are randomised through random.org and the outlined winners get a spot/team in the main break.

If a break is cancelled due to lack of interest, any payments that have been received for that break will be refunded.

When you purchase a spot in a group break, you are obtaining a “digital good” and participating in an online service. You are agreeing to have Butler Trading Cards PTY LTD open all referenced products on a live stream (unless stated otherwise). Regardless of the outcome you will have the option to ship all cards corresponding to your team/group/player/spot upon request.

If there is an instance where your selected team/group/player/spot does not receive any cards, we do not offer a refund, although we will provide an alternative product as compensation, that is directly linked to sports cards/memorabilia such as a trading card pack, individual card/s upon request.
