Returns and Refunds Policy
Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. will only provide returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
1. A spot in a break or a group break is cancelled by Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd..
Under this circumstance, the purchase will be credited to the customer or refunded to the original form of payment.
2. An order was incorrectly processed by Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd.
Under this circumstance, Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. will request the return of the incorrect package or items and cover the costs of shipping. Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. will cover the cost of shipping the correct item.
3. Change of mind/change of team by the customer prior to the break’s occurrence*
*Please Note: This circumstance is solely at the discretion of Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. If this request was not responded and agreed by Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. prior to the break’s occurrence, a refund will not be provided.
Butler Trading Cards Pty. Ltd. will not provide refunds for any packages arriving to customers damaged or being lost in transit. Please refer to the SHIPPING POLICY.
